The Company provides for the return and exchange of goods of good quality in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.
Terms of return and exchange
Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Return policy for goods of good quality
Refunds will only be made upon receipt of a correctly completed return form, which must include the IBAN details for the refund. Refunds must be agreed with the manager.

In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, the company may refuse to exchange and return goods of good quality to the consumer if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that cannot be returned and exchanged.
