We worked meticulously on this blend from the beginning, and it has exactly the taste we believe a true espresso should have: versatile, balanced and with a pleasant fruity sweetness. Sweet and complex, with a long, smooth aftertaste. Brazil adds richness, pleasant sweetness and a long, nveloping aftertaste. Colombia and Guatemala add juicy apple acidity, caramel and milk chocolate notes. Sumatra (washed) adds density, spicy and earthy tones, dark fruit notes and sweetness. |
